I have 16 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

A free navigator at a community health centre walked me through my options. It took an hour and saved me a lot of guessing.

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
