Health coverage after losing my job: marketplace or Medicaid? - first time posting

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as a payroll clerk. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. What did you choose and how was the process?
