Health coverage after losing my job: marketplace or Medicaid? after 5 years as a store manager

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as a store manager. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want a gap in coverage. How fast did coverage start?
