Health coverage after losing my job: marketplace or Medicaid? after 18 years as a forklift operator

My family's coverage ended with the layoff and we have a prescription we cannot skip. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?
