Health coverage after losing my job: marketplace or Medicaid? after 13 years as a bookkeeper

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as a bookkeeper. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want a gap in coverage. Is there help filling out the forms?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
