Health coverage after losing my job: marketplace or Medicaid? - 8 months and counting

My employer coverage ended at the end of the month and I am trying to work out what to do as an electrician's helper. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Compare the monthly price with the deductible. A cheap plan with a huge deductible can cost more if you need care.
