My family's coverage ended with the layoff and we have a prescription we cannot skip. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I think my income this year might qualify for a subsidy. Is there help filling out the forms?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
