I have 14 weeks left on my current insurance and I am comparing options. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Call your pharmacy too. Mine knew of a discount card that helped while coverage was being sorted out.
