My family's coverage ended with the layoff and we have a prescription we cannot skip. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The COBRA notice arrived with a very high price. Is there help filling out the forms?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
