Got severance, how does it affect benefits? after 8 years as a logistics coordinator

I signed a severance agreement and I am worried about how to report it. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a mortgage and need to plan. How did your state treat it?

Some states only count certain kinds of severance. A local workforce centre could tell me which.
