Got an overpayment notice, what now? - what worked for you?

After 6 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Are payment plans possible?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.
