Got an overpayment notice, what now? - what worked for you?

After 11 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. It has been a long 11 weeks. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan. Are payment plans possible?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
