Got an overpayment notice, what now? (update)

I received a letter saying I was overpaid about $450 on my claim. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Are payment plans possible?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
