Got an overpayment notice, what now? - first time posting

I received a letter saying I was overpaid about $500 on my claim. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
