Got an overpayment notice, what now? after 4 years as a marketing coordinator

I received a letter saying I was overpaid about $450 on my claim. It has been a long 5 weeks. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Are payment plans possible?

I asked for a waiver and a plan in the same call, and they gave me both forms. It was less scary than I expected.
