Got an overpayment notice, what now? after 15 years as a forklift operator

After 9 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Has anyone disputed one of these?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.
