Got an overpayment notice, what now?

After 14 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Are payment plans possible?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
