Got an overpayment notice, what now? - 19 weeks in

The agency says I reported earnings incorrectly, but I think I followed the instructions. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan. Are payment plans possible?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.
