Got a denial letter for unemployment, what now? (update)

I was told my separation was for misconduct, which is not what happened. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous.

Legal aid offices and some workforce centres help with unemployment hearings at no cost. A call is worth it.

Stay calm and stick to facts. Mine lasted about thirty minutes and felt more like a conversation than a trial.
