Got a denial letter for unemployment, what now?, procurement assistant here

I was told my separation was for misconduct, which is not what happened. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous.

I printed my emails in order and wrote a one-page timeline. The hearing officer kept going back to it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
