Got a denial letter for unemployment, what now? after 8 years as an accounts payable clerk

I got a denial letter last week saying I left my job voluntarily, but I was let go as an accounts payable clerk. It has been weighing on me all week. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous. Should I ask someone for free legal help?
