Got a denial letter for unemployment, what now? after 14 years as a bookkeeper

I got a denial letter last week saying I left my job voluntarily, but I was let go as a bookkeeper. It has been a long 12 weeks. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous. Should I ask someone for free legal help?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
