Got a denial letter for unemployment, what now? after 11 years as a data-entry clerk

I was told my separation was for misconduct, which is not what happened. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The letter lists a deadline and a hearing process, but it is hard to follow. Should I ask someone for free legal help?
