First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - what worked for you?

I applied for unemployment in Knoxville 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
