First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, web developer here

I filed my claim 9 weeks ago after being let go as a web developer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
