First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (update)

I was laid off as an HR coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
