First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (update)

I was laid off as an office manager and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I worked as an office manager before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
