First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (update)

I applied for unemployment in Detroit 10 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
