I was laid off as an office manager and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I worked as an office manager before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Mine took about 24 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
