First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (update)

I applied for unemployment in Milwaukee 21 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
