First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (St. Louis)

I applied for unemployment in St. Louis 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
