I was laid off as a social media manager and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been weighing on me all week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Mine took about 15 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
