First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, security officer here

I filed my claim 21 weeks ago after being let go as a security officer. I worked as a security officer before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
