First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, sales associate here

I was laid off as a sales associate and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
