First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Richmond)

I filed my claim 2 weeks ago after being let go as a mechanic. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
