First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Richmond)

I applied for unemployment in Richmond 14 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 14 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
