First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, retail manager here

I applied for unemployment in Dallas 17 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
