First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, retail manager here

I filed my claim 2 weeks ago after being let go as a retail manager. Any experience at all would help. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
