First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, procurement assistant here

I filed my claim 4 weeks ago after being let go as a procurement assistant. It has been a long 4 weeks. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
