First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Minneapolis)

I applied for unemployment in Minneapolis 14 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Mine took about 14 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
