First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, medical assistant here

I was laid off as a medical assistant and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
