First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, marketing coordinator here

I filed my claim 9 weeks ago after being let go as a marketing coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
