First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, machine operator here

I filed my claim 23 weeks ago after being let go as a machine operator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
