First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, insurance claims processor here

I was laid off as an insurance claims processor and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
