First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, hotel front-desk agent here

I applied for unemployment in Wichita 25 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
