I filed my claim 5 weeks ago after being let go as a hotel front-desk agent. Any experience at all would help. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
