First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - first time posting

I filed my claim 10 weeks ago after being let go as a sales associate. It has been a long 10 weeks. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
