First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - first time posting

I filed my claim 5 weeks ago after being let go as a paralegal. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.

Mine took about 5 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
