First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - first time posting

I filed my claim 11 weeks ago after being let go as a machine operator. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
