First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Knoxville 8 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
